My name is Catherine Wiist. I have been teaching for over a decade now (where does the time go?) as a second grade teacher in northeast PA. I began my career in 1st grade before taking the leap to second! I created this blog to share my teaching experiences with you all. I have learned so much from reading other blogs. I find that when I'm stuck in my own classroom all day, blogging with others is a great way for me to "pop" into other classrooms to get ideas!
Other than being a teacher, I am a huge animal lover! I have two cats named Twilight and Jasmine. Twilight (Twi Dizzle Dizzle) is my black cat and Jasmine (Jazzy Jazz) is my white/brown Ragdoll cat. That are so fun to watch together!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and boyfriend Chad. I also enjoy running (even though I'm not good at it ;D), and creating teaching resources for my classroom. Check out my products in my TpT store!
